Brownfield Redevelopment Program

LF Green Development assisted the City of Cedar Grove with preparation of a brownfield grant application to which the city was awarded. The company completed Phase I inspection services, hazardous materials inspection and developed site specifications. As overseers of the project, LF Green performed site cleanup, demolition and coordinated efforts with regulatory agencies including the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR). By LF Green partnering with the site developer, the City of Cedar Grove was able to successfully prepare the land for new construction.
