Brownfield Redevelopment Project

LF Green Development assisted the City of Burlington in successfully preparing a brownfield grant application. The grant, totaling $325,000 would be used for brownfield site cleanup on a combined seven parcel development. Upon receiving the grant, LF Green completed Phase I inspection services, hazardous materials inspection and developed site specifications. As overseers of the project, LF Green performed site cleanup, demolition and coordinated efforts with regulatory agencies such as the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR). By partnering with the site developer, the City of Burlington was able to successfully prepare the land for new construction.
